How Pre-Orders Work

• Placing a Pre-Order: Send us a message via WhatsApp to reserve your item.
• Down Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your pre-order.
• Processing Time: Your order will be ready within 2 weeks or less.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or collection.

Payment Options

• Payments are accepted only via online bank transfer.

Delivery & Collection

• Delivery: Available throughout Trinidad & Tobago (delivery fees may vary by location).
• Collection: Free collection available at our South Debe/Arima point.

Important Notes

• Pre-orders are final and non-refundable, as each item is specially reserved for you.
• You’ll receive updates on the status of your order and notification when it’s ready.
• Please ensure your balance is paid before receiving your item.
